To Use:-

Simply fold your insert into three and place inside the pocket.  You may wish to add extra inserts for added absorbany.  At night I recommend a combination of microfibre and hemp.  I place the hemp at the back of the nappy and the microfibre on the top.

Washing Instructions:-

Separate the insert from the nappy.
Can be hot or cold washed.
No chlorine bleach or fabric softeners.
Tip solids in the toilet and rinse under the tap.
Do not soak.
Store in a dry bucket.
Use half strength laundry detergent.
Drying in the sun is best but you can use the dryer on occasion.
Do not iron.
Use a liner when using barrier creams as barrier creams can leave a residue on the microfleece.
